Jordan Petroleum Refinery, a diverse and integrated provider in the field of energy in the region, renewed its agreement with STS, Jordan's leading IT service and enterprise solutions provider and Microsoft Golden partner.

Under the agreement, STS is committed to provide Jordan Petroleum Refinery with fully integrated Microsoft solutions, in addition to a comprehensive bundle of services that include technical support, training and advanced Microsoft consulting services. Moreover, STS will avail its pool of engineers and know-how to provide the Refinery with a fit work environment to ensure high level of business performance and increase production efficiency.

In light of signing the agreement, Mr. Abdel Rahman Al Naqrash, Jordan Petroleum Refinery's IT Director stated," In line with the company's strategy to achieve accuracy and efficiency in the workplace, we are keen to equip our staff with the proper training to ensure highly standard level of performance. We took the initiative to renew the agreement with STS, in order to exploit the latest solutions from Microsoft and in accordance with international standards, to enhance business, while employing computerized business solutions that reflect positively in serving the market with adequate services".

For his part, Dr. Nabeel Fayoumi, Director of Microsoft Solutions & Services Division in STS expressed satisfaction with renewing the agreement and said: "We are pleased to cooperate with Jordan Petroleum Refinery, a distinguished products and services company in Jordan. This cooperation entails STS provide advanced Microsoft solutions and services and grant professional training to the Refinery enabling its staff take maximum advantage of the features provided by Microsoft. It will also allow us to cater the needs of our customers in various sectors of the market in the region ".
