Cairo, Egypt, April 15, 2013 -- SODIC won more awards than any other developer at 2013 Cityscape Awards for Real Estate in Egypt. The company took the top prize in two separate categories: the Best Commercial and Mixed Use Project Award - future category for The Polygon, the first business park in Westown and SODIC West, while Allegria, the award-winning residential community featuring the first and only Greg Norman Signature golf course in Egypt, 'The Allegria', won the award for Best Residential Project in Egypt - built category.

This is not the first award granted to Allegria, which has previously won several international prestigious awards including, two CNBC Arabia Property Awards in 2008 and 2009. The Polygon is the first Business Park in Sodic West offering a new concept in contemporary offices with units ranging from 67sqm to full office buildings.
