In line with this, a company representative has revealed that the utilisation of RWI's industry-leading products is in parallel with the developer's commitment to eco-friendly construction processes.
Manufactured in adherence to the strictest quality control and safety standards, 'Gulf-O-flex' is the only rubber insulation product in the market that meets clients' unique requirements in terms of preventing condensation or frost formation on refrigerant lines, cold water plumbing and chilled water systems. Designed solely for professional MEP contractors, the high performance rubber insulation is non-toxic, lightweight and very easy to install. The product has built a strong presence across the region, with a massive 56 per cent share in the Middle East rubber insulation market.

An approximate 30 minute drive from the main island of Abu Dhabi and 50 minutes from Dubai Marina, the project presents a perfect example of progress with ecological preservation, in line with the developer's commitment to sustainable development. Keeping in mind the comfort of owners and the welfare of the environment, sewage treatment, recycling plants, new mangrove plantations and environmental management practices are incorporated within the overall design of the coastal development.
