Manama, 4th December 2006: Inward investment in Bahrain is being fuelled by the appeal of the Kingdom's growing lifestyle attractions which are adding a new impetus to Bahrain's offering as a preferred location. An increasing number of corporate multinationals are considering the Kingdom as a regional base for staff, according to visitor feedback from Dubai's Cityscape International Property and Development event, where Bahrain is being represented by Riffa Views Signature Estates, together with other developments and representatives from Bahrain's Economic Development Board (EDB).
Further corporate interest has been evident at a series of regional property exhibitions according to Richard Browning, Chief Executive Officer of Riffa Golf and Residential Development Company who says there is a marked trend in the inquiries received by Riffa Views strongly indicating a growing interest in the Kingdom of Bahrain as a place in which to live and work.
"Riffa Views Signature Estates' participation in recent property exhibitions has resulted in more than 12,000 visitors to our stands and it's becoming clear that there is increasing interest in Bahrain from private and corporate investors from the GCC and internationally who are considering options in the Gulf for locating employees and their families."
"Our early experience at Cityscape is showing the same pattern of interest. Bahrain is being seriously considered as a location for businesses that are setting up regional operations in the Gulf. There are a number of factors that seem to enhance Bahrain as a first choice - the Free Trade Agreement with the USA is of course putting Bahrain in the global spotlight as an economy that supports and accommodates modern, open trade, and the Kingdom is furthermore regarded as a stable location, with convenient links to Saudi - the largest market in the Gulf - and the other GCC countries."
"The recent elections and economic reforms underline Bahrain's regional democratic lead, and this is all complemented enormously by the leisure, business, retail, infrastructure and housing developments that together form an appealing combination that promises a secure, comfortable, high quality lifestyle."
"We're pleased that the Riffa Views project is able to be a part of the creation of Bahrain's success. The appeal of our Signature Estates resonate with the standards sought by international corporate executives - an outstandingly attractive location, high quality design, up-market retail facilities, and international standard schools. And Riffa Views' partnerships with Colin Montgomerie and Boris Becker reflect the world-class standards of the sports and leisure facilities that are key to making this dazzling project a lifestyle choice."
Riffa Views Signature Estates is currently participating in the Dubai Cityscape International Property and Development event at Dubai International Exhibition Centre, which ends on 6th December and recently exhibited at the 4th Real Estate and Housing Exhibition in Dhahran Saudi Arabia. Visitors to the Riffa Views stand at the recent Bahrain International Property Exhibition (BIPEX 2006) benefited from VIP treatment, with the option to enjoy a free all-day customer limousine service from the exhibition directly to Riffa Views where members of the public could experience the newly opened show villas and visit the on-site Sales Centre.
"The excellent design of our stand together with our high quality coffee table brochure and superior customer service have combined to create a huge sense of excitement about the overall quality of Riffa Views," Mr Browning said.
Plans to put the project in the spotlight of the international real estate market will see Riffa Views Signature Estates exhibiting in high profile events early in 2007 at London's Olympia, MIPIM - the exclusive world property market event in Cannes - and the Royal Dublin Property Show in Dublin.
