Official inauguration at Jeddah's new, must-visit dining destination, Le Mall.

P.F. Chang's, the world's number one China Bistro, has now opened in Jeddah at Le Mall on Prince Mohammad Bin AbdulAziz Al Saud Street, also known as Tahlia Street. The opening builds the brand's Middle East presence following successful openings in Kuwait, UAE, the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Jordan. For the official inauguration of the new restaurant, members of the media attended a special lunch today hosted by Mr. Philip Chiang, co-founder of the brand.

"I am thrilled to be here today for the inauguration of our first ever restaurant in the Kingdom and it is an honour to accompany our invited guests on a culinary journey across our menu, especially as it coincides with the brand's milestone 20th anniversary," commented Mr. Chiang during the event. "P.F. Chang's is renowned worldwide for its unique Chinese-inspired cuisine combined with American hospitality, and I am delighted that the Jeddah community is now able to experience and to enjoy our hugely popular dishes such as Dynamite Shrimp, Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Mongolian Beef."

The menu features dishes which offer an extraordinary gastronomic journey inspired by five major culinary regions of China, spanning  Chinese Mongolia, Sichuan and Hunan, as well as the famed cuisines of Beijing and Shanghai. Additionally the à la carte menu features a variety of signature pan-Asian delicacies.  All food is made-to-order using only the freshest ingredients and cooked in Chinese woks at temperatures over 900 degrees Fahrenheit.

Operated by Alshaya Trading Co., the new P.F. Chang's restaurant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia offers seating capacity for 272 people and promises an extraordinary culinary journey in a sophisticated bistro setting featuring contemporary design and superior service. 

The restaurant located at Le Mall in Jeddah is open Saturday through Wednesday from 11am to  1am, Thursdays from 11am to 2am, and Fridays from 1pm to 2am. Today, P.F. Chang's has more than 245 restaurants around the world, including restaurants in Dubai, Kuwait, Jordan and Bahrain, and further expansions are currently under development.
