Alba launched programme on Leadership Development for managers and executives, which will be held from November 18- 20, 2013.

The Programme - to be held at Alba Club - will be delivered by Vanderbilt University (USA).

The workshop aims to strengthen core competencies among higher management staff.

Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba), bolstering its reputation as a company that invests in the development of its employees, launched the 'Leadership, Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) Thinking Styles and 360 Degree Feedback' Programme focused on leadership development.

The programme was inaugurated by Alba's Chief Executive, Tim Murray and will be conducted by Prof. Richard L. Daft of Owen Graduate School of Management. The three-day tailor-made programme -- delivered by Vanderbilt University (USA) - will be attended by Alba's managers and executive team members.

This important initiative has been undertaken to strengthen the overall managerial core competencies among higher management staff and will highlight topics such as: Leader Impact on Performance; Leadership Vision, HBDI Thinking Style exercise, Coaching and Mentoring and Developing Leaders with 360 Feedback, etc.

Commenting on the leadership programme, Alba's Chief Executive Office, Tim Murray said:
