ArabFinance: Arab Drug Company (ADCI) reported a 114% Year on Year increase in its net profit for the fiscal year (FY) 2019/2020, according to the company's July 12th disclosure filed to the Egyptian Exchange.

Net profit reached EGP 120.020 million in the FY 2019/2020, compared from EGP 56.099 million posted a year earlier.

In the first half of FY 2019/2020, the company posted a net profit of EGP 45.117 million, a 204% increase from EGP 22.098 million reported in the corresponding period a year earlier.

Arab Drug is an Egypt-based company engaged in the pharmaceutical sector. The company focuses on the manufacture, packaging, and distribution of pharmaceutical products as well as chemical solutions for human and veterinary use.
