Cairo – Mubasher: Suez Canal Authority’s (SCA) seven subsidies invested about EGP 1.211 billion from 2016 to 2019, head of Affiliated Companies Department at SCA, Nasr Abd Elaziz, said.
SCA’s affiliated companies include Port Said Engineering Works Co., Canal Rope Co., Suez Shipyard Co., Canal Naval Construction Co., Timsah Shipbuilding Co., Canal Harbor & Great Projects Co., and Canal Mooring and Lights Co., he added in a statement released by the Egyptian cabinet.
In addition, SCA plans to restructure and develop its units to achieve the target profits, head of SCA, Mohab Mamish, said.
