Facility will finance the Gulf state’s Souk Sabah project, one of the retail centres located within Kuwait City’s Sabah Al-Ahmad project valued at $81.4mln

Kuwait-based real estate developer Mabanee has secured a 25 million dinars ($81.4 million) green loan to finance the Souk Sabah retail centre located within the upcoming Sabah Al-Ahmad (S3) development.
The Kuwait-listed company said the Islamic sustainable financing facility will be for a period of 100 months.
