MUSCAT -- Shell Development Oman LLC recently held a training programme titled "Presentation and Interpersonal Skills", which was attended by about 40 participants from various government and private sector establishments. The training programme was conducted in two sessions on two consecutive days.
The objectives of this training programme was to enable the participants to identify the fundamental parametres of a good presentation and how to design high-impact slides that supports in delivering the presenter's message efficiently and clearly. The training programme as well focused on methods of delivering presentations with confidence in ways that can leave a positive and memorable experience to the recipients or audience.
Hilal bin Yahya al Mawali, External Affairs Manager of Shell Development Oman LLC stated, "This training programme comes as part of Shell's continuous efforts in providing professional training courses that focus on refining the skills of its participants and develop their knowledge and capabilities.
This is because presentation and interpersonal skills are required in almost every job, therefore I hope the participants have benefited and will apply what they have learnt from this course." Faiza bint Said al Zadjali, an employee in the Ministry of Health, thanked Shell Development Oman for giving her the opportunity to participate in this programme.
