MUSCAT -- Towell Auto Centre (TAC) recently organised a blood donation drive in which 40 employees participated. Mahmood Biria Rahim, HR Manager -- TAC, headed the team which included a mix of people from the sales team of Mazda, Bridgestone, Seat, Total, parts, service centre and administrative staff.
"As part of our continued commitment to supporting local communities, TAC is delighted to team up with the Ministry of Health for donation of blood. It is very important to keep in mind that blood donation can help save lives. We are very glad to be involved in such a drive and hope our support will help many people," Rahim said.
TAC is actively involved in various community-based events. They recently were a part of the Oman Environment Day marathon as well. Participation in this was another example of how TAC contributes to society, supporting worthy causes. TAC is the authorised distributor of Mazda and Seat passenger cars, Bridgestone tyres and Total lubricants.
