Baghdad - The Special Representative of the United Nations in Iraq, Nikolay Mladenov called on armed groups that are not belong to the Islamic State organization to engage in dialogue with the Iraqi government to resolve differences with them.
Mladenov said in a speech to the UN Security Council: "the killing of hundreds of members of the Albu Nimr clan push other tribes to allay with the government against (IS)."
He called on other groups that do not belong to the organization / IS/ to "engage in dialogue with the government in Baghdad to resolve differences with them and join the campaign against the organization."
Mladenov pointed out that "the strategy of the new Iraqi government to fight against (IS) began to fruit and the population began to recover occupied areas by the organization."
It is mentioned that (IS) organization killed hundreds of members of the Albu Nimr tribe in Anbar, including women and children, in the worst incident of mass execution experienced by the country since the execution of hundreds of students and employees of the Speicher base in Salahuddin .
