MUSCAT -- BankDhofar recently launched its innovative "Women's Only Banking Unit" at its unique new branch in Salalah. The unit which consists of a Hawa ladies banking section with a separate entrance for female customers as well as dedicated female staff to cater for their every need, was formally opened by Khadijah bint Mubarak Kofan, Member of State Council.
Faisel bin Hamad al Wahibi, AGM Retail Banking commented: "We are in no doubt that the women of Salalah will be happy to receive these special services which will help them to bank with privacy and comfort. At BankDhofar we recognise what is important for our customers and work hard to offer them the best banking services we can."
The opening ceremony attracted a large turnout from the local Omani business women as well as leading women in Salalah city. The attendees gained some valuable information on the Hawa banking products for women. Female employees from BankDhofar mingled with the guests and were on hand to answer any questions they had.
Female customers can now enjoy privacy and comfort when completing all of their banking transactions.
The Hawa banking unit, managed and staffed by female personnel, provides female customers with access to exclusive and outstanding financial services including participation in Al Heson Draws as well as the special draws organised for ladies; personalised scented debit cards and personalised credit card with exciting offers and discounts.
