Luxury hotels in Dubai are increasingly turning to music and video technology to enhance their brand experience, according to multimedia specialist PlayNetwork - whose client base in Dubai has doubled in the past year.
PlayNetwork, a global innovator of multimedia technology, began working with hotels in Dubai in 2011. In the past year the company has seen its customer base in Dubai grow two-fold, indicating an increasing need for digital technology in hotels in the Middle East.
PlayNetwork's audio and visual technology is designed to enhance brands' distinctive features by allowing them to deliver bespoke music and video messaging content.
The news coincides with feedback from The Hotel Show, which was held at the Dubai World Trade Centre in September. The event heard industry experts urging hotels to use technology to boost revenue.
PlayNetwork's clients in Dubai, which are all part of large hotel groups, selected the company to enhance their image and extend brand association through specialised customer experiences.
