12 Exhibitors have rebooked for the fifth edition of Cityscape Qatar including United Development Company (UDC) and Al Bandary Real Estate

New Bookings include Ezdan Holding Group

Doha - After successfully wrapping up Cityscape Qatar 2015 which attracted more than 85 exhibitors from over 20 countries along with 8,000 visitors throughout the three day event, Cityscape Qatar has confirmed that 12 exhibitors have already rebooked for the fifth edition of Cityscape Qatar including UDC and Al Bandary Real Estate.

Further, these leading Qatari-based real estate companies and developers will be joined by the Ezdan Holding Group at Cityscape Qatar 2016.

Cityscape Qatar, one of the Middle East's leading real estate development and investment events, offers a platform for asset managers and financiers; architects, urban planners and designers; real estate developers, stadium designers and professional service providers to discuss and debate the industry's trends, as the State of Qatar continues to invest in large scale infrastructure and construction projects in the lead up to the Qatar National Vision 2030.

UDC, Foundation Sponsor at Cityscape Qatar 2015, has confirmed that it will be exhibiting at next year's edition. One of UDC's most high profile projects,The Pearl-Qatar, spans over four million square-metres of land and this unique mixed-use urban development in Doha offers both residents and visitors a complete lifestyle experience. During Cityscape Qatar 2015, UDC showcased an assortment of over 19,000 residential units incorporating retail and hospitality outlets across three world-class marinas.

Meanwhile, UDC will be joined by Al Bandary Real Estate, which capped off a successful Cityscape Qatar 2015 which saw it make bookings for its entire tower, Jumana Two, located at The Pearl, Qatar. Al Bandary also exhibited its Al Kheesa Gate Project, comprising of stand-alone modern villas that exist in harmony with local tradition, as well as its 30-storey Al Bandary Tower, an example of Al Bandary's specialist luxury projects that characterises opulent living in Qatar. 

Maen Al Haj, Property and Real Estate Manager,commented: "Al Bandary Real Estate participated successfully in Cityscape Qatar 2015, and showcased a number of its new projects which have achieved an outstanding success, with excellent deals happening during the exhibition. Al Bandary has also absolutely confirmed its participation in Cityscape Qatar for the next year. "

And rounding out the new bookingsfor Cityscape Qatar 2016 is the Ezdan Holding Group. The Ezdan Holding Group (Group) recently announced plans to launch mega projects, including "the one million project" as it is known in the media, which when completed, will provide 13,000 housing units in Al Wukair area as the Group has developed a plan of three to five years to complete it. The Group also announced the opening of Ezdan Mall Al Wukair, adding that the first lease agreement was signed with Grand Hypermarket. Further, The Mall will be the first of its kind in the Wakrah and Al Wukair areas, with Ezdan Mall Al Wukair set to open its doors in October 2015.

Mr. Nasser Mohammed Al Abdulla, Deputy CEO of Ezdan Holding Group,confirmed that the participation of the Ezdan Holding Group in next year's conference will provide an opportunity for the Group's subsidiaries to showcase their latest developments and allow visitors of the exhibition to know about our developments, plans, and projects launch schedules, whether residential, commercial or falling within the hospitality sector. Speaking of hospitality, the Group is working along with the Curve Hotel West Bay on the opening of Ezdan Palace Hotel, which is located in the heart of Doha and will constitute a qualitative leap in the surrounding area.
