Hilton Appoints Doaa Sobhy Moussa as Regional Director Human Resources, Egypt & Levant

Cairo, Egypt, January 12, 2012 - Hilton Worldwide announces the appointment of Doaa Sobhy Moussa as the new Regional Director Human Resources, Egypt and Levant.

Moussa has sixteen years of experience in the Human Resource business ranging from manufacturing to hospitality industries. Moussa steps in to her challenging new role with passion, by holding a MBA in Strategic and Human Resources Management and a Professional Diploma SPHR from the American Chamber.

As Regional Director Human Resources, Egypt and Levant, Moussa will be coordinating the implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff. She will also assist and advise Hilton Worldwide managers about human resources issues. Moussa has an MBA from the German University in Strategic Management and Human Resources, as well as professional Diplomas from AUC and American Chamber in HR Management.

Doaa is Egyptian and recently joined Hilton Worldwide from the large French multination company, Saint-Gobain Glass where she led the Human Resources function as the Country Manager for Egypt and Morocco. In this role she was responsible for a large HR team and HR Partner to multiple senior leaders. She has a broad HR generalist background, as well as international experience in UK, France, Romania, Poland, Brazil, Italy and Germany.
