Leading UAE integrated FM company honoured with technology implementation award for smart watch innovation at FM awards evening

The forward-thinking FM company was recognised at the Middle East’s premier FM awards ceremony, which took place in Dubai last night (Tuesday 16th May), for rolling out smart watches and smartphones loaded with TIME Attendance software, which can track an employee’s geo location based on Google Maps.

Management is able to schedule work rotas more efficiently, integrated with specific contracts and Geofenced on Google Maps. Technicians can be identified by location using GPS with automated check-ins and check outs. Movement can also be tracked and supervisors alerted for late or non-arrivals. It also provides online incident reporting which in turn helps to save time and providing critical information with minimal administration requirements.
The reports generated can not only be sent to Farnek’s HRD for its own payroll, it can also be used as supporting documentation to the client, either in real time or for a specific report period, indicating accurately the number of man hours spent on a particular contract.
