On a clear day, the whole of Dubai can be viewed panoramically, with vistas stretching as far as the Dubai / Abu Dhabi border, not to mention a dramatic outlook across to the Burj area and Business Bay. Directly below are Dubai Canal and the vehicular backbone of the emirate, Sheikh Zayed Road.
More excitement follows when visitors step up and out into the glass-floored viewing capsule in the tower's AYKONIC DAMAC's 'D'. Imagine standing in a glass box 935 feet (285 metres) above Sheikh Zayed Road - it's both fascinating, and terrifying!
AYKON City has enjoyed a tremendous response, being the first freehold project made available for purchase on Sheikh Zayed Road.
