MANAMA, 17th April, 2017 (WAM) -- The Gulf Cooperation Council Ministers of Islamic Affairs and Endowments are to hold their fourth meeting, and the first in Bahrain, on 19th and 20th of April.

According to the Bahrain News Agency, BNA, the ministers will discuss a joint strategy to combat extremism and violence and promote moderation.

The ministers will also review the role of imams in disseminating the culture of moderation and exchanging expertise between the GCC member states.
