NEW DELHI - India reported 16,167 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said on Monday.
According to ANI news agency, as many as 15,549 COVID patients recovered in the last 24 hours taking the total number of recoveries from the disease since the beginning of the pandemic to 43,499,659.
According to the Ministry, India's COVID-19 death toll has reached 526,730, the government data added.
