Indian rescuers on Tuesday brought out the first of 41 men trapped inside a Himalayan tunnel for 17 days after a marathon operation to free them, local media said.
The Press Trust of India news agency reported the first man had been brought out, and AFP reporters at the site saw ambulances leaving from the tunnel entrance.
