Iraq’s National Investment Commission (NIC) has signed a contract with Saudi Arabia’s Al-Arifi Group for the construction of Baghdad Avenue mixed-use project, located near the Baghdad International Airport.
NIC said in an Arabic language press statement that the project designs have been approved by the Municipality of Baghdad.
The statement said the project includes residential apartments, commercial units, and public facilities.
