- Acting as an organization-wide control centre, the Oracle ERP Suite will help AlMajdouie Group's management control information, make timely decisions and streamline work processes, thanks to its ability to collect status information and progress reports from different divisions and make them available to management and other departments. The Oracle solution also enables users to update information in real-time and access it any time.
- The Oracle ERP Suite comes in a modular format that allows companies to implement only the modules they need, and to add more at later stage, if required. Al Majdouie Group will make use of 85 modules to support growth across all its operations, but will focus more on the automobiles and logistics lines in the initial implementation phase.
- The ERP solution has been designed and improved to facilitate the flow of information between all divisions as in today's business environment, organizations need to demonstrate ability to handle and coordinate a great deal of information to help every division, from materials management, production and finance, to HR, sales and marketing, take the right decision on time.
- The installation of Oracle ERP Suite for all companies of AlMajdouie Group will be facilitated by Oracle partner, HCL, the leading global Technology and IT Enterprise with annual revenues of US$ 5.5 billion. HCL will, in coordination with Oracle, be responsible for the implementation, system integrations, post-go live support and managed services.
