Outlet Mall attracts core retail groups to open new outlet stores

Dubai Outlet Mall, the only outlet concept mall in the region is opening up new retail outlets resulting in the increase of retail occupancy of over 92% in the mall.

Dubai Outlet Mall's accelerating footfall figures, last recorded at over 7.4 Mn shoppers for the year 2011 continues to attract the region's foremost retail groups. Retail conglomerates such as the Landmark group, Apparel, Azadea, MAF, Rivoli, Sun & Sands, Boutique1, Paris Gallery, Salam, Chalhoub and AlTayer rank among Dubai Outlet Mall's big family, with many others in discussions to set up shop within this increasingly popular niche mall.

Recently added to the mall's selection of brands are the first & only outlets for Carolina Herrera, Etoile La Boutique, Splash, Shoe Mart, Steve Madden, Reliable Electronics, Rivoli Eyezone and Scotch & Soda extending the mall's retail offering to make available a wider range of consumer goods at affordable prices. Popular Canadian chain Tim Horton's also opened its doors at Dubai Outlet Mall, adding to the diverse f&b mix on offer. Also new outlets for Levi Strauss & Co, Cacharel, Pynkiss Milano, Go Sports, After Shock and Piero Pizza   are scheduled to open soon at Outlet Mall.
