Dubai - Nespresso Professional announces the launch of the Nespresso Momento Coffee & Milk machine to complement the Nespresso Momento ecosystem. Inspired by the evolution of new workplaces and new ways of working, the Nespresso Momento is designed to deliver authentic, sustainable, high quality coffee experiences that bring people together in office environments, encouraging the creation of meaningful relationships. The Nespresso Momento Coffee & Milk brings a range of barista-like quality milk-based recipes- at a simple touch of a button – to adapt to all personalities and coffee preferences.

Today’s workplace has changed: it is less structured, more global and more diverse, with teams working from multiple remote locations. This makes human interaction even more valuable, as we all know that face-to-face discussions can trigger great creativity - often over a cup of coffee. We designed the Nespresso Momento ecosystem to be at the heart of these exchanges, enhancing meaningful interactions that create value,” said Luca Dussi, Regional B2B Commercial Manager Nespresso Middle East & Africa.

DELIGHT YOURSELF WITH MILK RECIPES

Equipped with cutting-edge technology reflective of the increasingly connected world we live in, the Nespresso Momento is simple to use and intuitive. The machine recommends the optimal cup length (ristretto, espresso, lungo and americano) and, while brewing, provides information on the aromatic profile and the intensity of each of the 13 coffees in the Nespresso Professional range. The new Nespresso Momento Coffee & Milk machine can prepare up to 12 different milk recipes: espresso macchiato, cappuccino, latte macchiato, cortado lungo, cortado, flat white, cappuccino lungo, cappuccino chiaro, latte grande, latte, latte piccolo, macchiatissimo. *

*The machine’s settings will allow a choice between 6 black and white coffee recipes at a touch of a button to be chosen from the full catalogue.

ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS

Nespresso believes in building strong and resilient coffee-farming communities through its AAA Sustainable Quality™ Program and is committed to making a positive impact with every cup of coffee, starting with the sourcing of beans. More than 100,000 coffee farmers in 13 countries participate in the programme, ensuring coffee production is environmentally, socially and economically sustainable and more than 90% of the coffee Nespresso buys comes through the programme. Nespresso is working to bring more farmers on board in more countries around the world, with the aim of sourcing 100% of the permanent range of coffees through the AAA Program by 2020.

Machines also play an important role in this commitment and the Nespresso Momento ecosystem has been built with sustainability at its core. With long lasting components and easily repairable or changeable elements, recyclable packaging and settings to preserve both water and energy, all steps have been taken to minimize the system’s environmental impact. You can therefore enjoy a delicious cup of coffee with the knowledge that it has been crafted with Nespresso’s Positive Cup principles in mind.

TIMELESS MODULAR DESIGN, REWARDED BY THE IF DESIGN AWARD 2019

Nespresso understands that all businesses have different coffee needs, which is why the Nespresso Momento ecosystem was designed to perfectly answer each of them. It boasts a modern, sleek design with simplicity at its core making it a timeless addition to any office.

The various models can be arranged depending on the available space to best fit a coffee corner, a coffee area or even a smaller kitchen - with or without a direct water connection. The design took into account also the maintenance of the machine: with its high autonomy and intuitive interface, operators will be able to save time.

This design was recognized during one of the world's most celebrated and valued design competition, as Nespresso Momento won the iF Design Award 2019.
