Manama, Bahrain - Gulf Air customers travelling in the Economy Class on sectors within the Gulf and the Middle East region, will be able to enjoy an innovative new inflight meal service, which goes hand-in-hand with the airline's new network.
The service, which is an innovative and modern concept, provides Gulf Air's economy passengers' meals in an attractive and light-weight packaging, which they can choose to consume in-flight or take it with them, if they prefer.
"We were looking for a quick and a logical solution for our inflight services during the short sectors and we believe the meal in a box is the answer," says Gulf Air Executive Vice President Marketing and Sales Lee Shave.
"The service goes hand-in-hand with our shorter sectors where we wish to provide not only meals for our valued customers, but also a full service," says Mr. Shave.
The new service concept will ensure all customers receive a beverage and bar service, and the cabin crew will respond to any additional requests from customers during the flight.
This service is available on all our flights between Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait, Muscat, Riyadh and Shiraz.
