With the phone’s camera angled so the user is in the frame, GOFA’s proprietary AI technology tracks movement to detect engagement and activity. The goal is to keep users engaged and active.
Featuring seven modalities (running, yoga, meditation, HIIT, strength, Pilates, cardio) and over 150 class options, Gofa is an all in one solution that helps take charge of one’s own health and wellness.
Gofa tracks and scores on how long the user was in the active zone, counts actual reps during strength training and mirrors user’s pose to the instructor performing on-screen to give real-time feedback on corrections. On audio-guided runs, Gofa analyzes real-time data and provides live feedback on pace, distance, heart rate, and personal records.
Using the same technology, the Luca and Friends app adds more fun to gamified learning by combining it with fitness. Games based on STEM principles as well as English grammar and spellings, while stretching and jumping to reach, touch and catch answers. Luca and Friends helps children of ages 4 to 8 years build strength, coordination, flexibility and knowledge in their formative years.
