DExclusive Creek-Side Residences in High Demand

Dubai, UAE, 14 April 2014: Dubai Properties (DP), a member of Dubai Properties Group (DPG) and the Development Company responsible for delivering an integrated, end-to-end project development solution for the Group, has launched sales of its luxury residential project Manazel AlKhor.  Initially announced at the annual Cityscape Global real estate event in October of last year, Manazel AlKhor is located in DPG's creek-side Culture Village destination, offering three and four bedroom luxury apartments.

Private sales of the 76-unit low-rise development will be handled from DP's central sales center in Business Bay, with an anticipated completion date for the project of mid-2016. Manazel AlKhor will join a number of other luxury residential and hospitality projects under construction by third party developers in Culture Village, including the luxurious 6 star Palazzo Versace Hotel and D1 Residential Tower.

Overlooking the historic Dubai Creek, the luxury residential project celebrates the heritage of Dubai, providing an access point to one of the country's most significant landmarks. Staying true to the traditional Arabic theme of Culture Village, Manazel AlKhor will feature local architecture, with shared amenities including a gym, pool.

Culture Village will be the city's first creek-side development with residential, commercial, retail, entertainment and cultural components, attracting both international and regional visitors.  On completion, Manazel AlKhor investors will be able to enjoy Culture Village's retail, entertainment and cultural offerings, including 3.8 km of promenade walkways and landscaped features, a traditional-style souk and mixed use complex overlooking the internal canal, and a centrally located marina with mooring and access points along the promenade directly connected to Dubai Creek.
