MEYDAN HEIGHTS
Meydan Heights, located in Nad Al Sheba, is spread over 261,000 square metres and houses 528 villas with club house catering to Emirates Airline staff and crew. These villas were constructed in 2 phases and Akar was awarded the MEP Works for 222 villas (Phase 2) directly by Meydan. Akar completed all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works in record time and delivered this project to the client as per the schedule.
KHASAB HOTEL AT MUSSANDAM, OMAN
Khasab hotel is located in the beautiful and picturesque Musandam, a preferred holiday destination for the GCC residents and European expats. A 4 Star Hotel, it is an eco-friendly project constructed in compliance with LEED requirements, having achieved a silver rating for the quality of build. Akar has carried out the entire MEP works complying with the stringent requirements, particularly to conform with LEED requirements to achieve the best rating.
