'Customers appreciate high quality of our products and technical support'
KUWAIT CITY, March 2: The ZF Services GmbH Germany held a technical training seminar for SACHS and LEMF...RDER automotive products at the Mövenpick Hotel, Free Zone, Shuwaikh. The seminar was organized to support the mechanics and spare part dealers in Kuwait dealing with ZF Services GmbH, Germany (a subsidiary of the SACHS and LEMF...RDER brand owner ZF AG, Germany). The workshop gathered dedicated employees of workshops, distributors, and fleet owners for the exclusive technical training. The technical engineer Peter Orosz who conducted the seminar on behalf of ZF Services GmbH, Germany, said he was happy to see a good response from the big number of participants. "This is a clear indication that our customers appreciate the high quality standards of our products and the technical support," he said.
The main objectives of this seminar was to inform the participants about technical background of development and correct installation of the SACHS and LEMF...RDER spare parts as well as the bad impact of using non genuine and fake products on safety and lifetime of the vehicle, he added.
Orosz also gave a brief outlook about the new developments in the automotive industry. ZF group as one of the leading suppliers to the worldwide automotive industry is a major driver of these developments, he summed up.
Meanwhile, Eric Morartz, Area Sales Manager of ZF Services GmbH, for Africa and Middle East, said every economy is relying on transport of goods and construction for the country's infrastructure so SACHS clutches and shock absorbers as well as LEMF...RDER 'steering and suspension' and 'rubber-to-metal' parts which are used worldwide are fitted by the OE manufacturers into trucks and commercial vehicles for many years.
He added, these parts have proven their high standards of quality in OE and independent aftermarket business.
