MUSCAT -- The boot camp workshop in Project Graphics organised by the Information Technology Authority (ITA), with the association of Adrenalin Company, will wrap up today at the Crown Plaza Hotel. Organised under the guidance of Ali al Sunaidy, Minister of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of ITA, to support and develop Omani youths' skills in IT, the 4-day workshop aims to introduce new dimensions to Graphic Designers in order to assist them to find their niche in industry and to bridge between their academic studies and updates in the industry that have occurred since their graduation.
Discussion of several topics were presented by experts and company directors in the field of graphics, such as Al Jazeera Technical Solutions and Training LLC, Studio Media Production, and Reality CG. The workshop reflects ITA's keenness to provide basic technical services to citizens and enterprises in subjects in the graphics industry, such as eContent projects, virtual reality, animation, project design, e.oman incubation program, and Arabic calligraphy.
