Doha - AlMana Restaurants and Food Company (McDonald's Qatar), conducted a training course on basic shift management. The event that culminated at the Mercure Hotel was aimed to further develop management skills through ventures, open discussion and activities that focused on McDonald's principles on people practices, food safety and ways on achieving outstanding customer satisfaction.

"Over the years, we have sent our managers through international & regional training to enhance their management skills as part of our 'People Promise' philosophy, Said Kamal AlMana, Managing Director of AlMana Restaurants & Food Company. "We believe that through well-trained managers, we can deliver the highest quality of service that we promise to deliver to our customers," he added.

Awards and citations were given during the concluding ceremony where participants received several recognition which includes: The Bronze Hut Award which was given to Arnold Nudalo; the Archie Award which was given to Chatura Jayasuriya. Certificate of completion were presented to all delegates of all nine McDonald's restaurants in Qatar.
