TEHRAN - Iran's largest PVC production unit will become fully operational in Khuzestan in December. "The petrochemical complex will be implemented at a cost of $138 million plus 540.6 billion rials and is projected to annually produce 2,800,000 tons of PVC," National Petrochemical Company (NPC) plans manager said, IRIB reported. "The unit is 99 percent complete so far," Jalil Ebrahimpur explained. "Ethylene, sodium hydroxide, chlorine, ethylene dichloride, mono ethylene, alcohol, hi density PVC and low density PVC will be the major products of this unit," he added
