DTK Computer Middle East, a leading brand of personal computers, notebooks and servers, has announced the launch of the Cuatro 8470 desktop personal computer in the Middle East, offering the region's consumers a reliable, high-performing solution that forms part of its latest Cuatro 8400 series of desktop PCs.
Nimer Al Attal, Managing Director, DTK Computer Middle East said, 'DTK deploys the considerable expertise it has in designing and engineering innovative technologies to bring to its customers advanced desktop computing solutions that cater to the office and home users' need for speedy processing and large multimedia storage.'
At the heart of the Cuatro 8470 is the Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 Processor which makes for speedy processing of computer functions and comes with a 1 GB DDR II memory that can be upgraded to 8 GB. It allows external storage of up to 800 GB in two IDE or two SATA hard disk drives. The machine can connect up to five Ultra ATA devices while its Serial ATA II controller makes for high transfer speeds of up to 300 MB per second.
The Cuatro 8470 is equipped with an Intel 975X Express chipset that makes for a high-performance solution; a NVIDIA GeForce 6200TC PCI Express 128 MB Graphics interface; a dual DVD drive for optical functions and a Memory Card Reader. Its Intel High Definition Audio enables premium digital sound in the PC for an immersive surround-sound experience besides offering high quality speech recognition and Voice Over IP.
