RAM Ratings has received confirmation from CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad that Edaran SWM Sdn Bhd (Edaran) had, on 1 September 2015, obtained approval from the sukuk holders to withdraw the rating of its IMTN Programme of up to RM1 billion in nominal value, which was scheduled to mature on 5 October 2022. Accordingly as requested by Edaran, we have withdrawn the AA3/Positive rating of the IMTN and no longer have any rating obligation in respect of the instrument.
