TEHRAN, 6th January, 2014 (WAM) -- An earthquake measuring 3.7 on Richter scale jolted surrounding areas of Iranshahr in the south eastern province of Sistan and Baluchestan in Iran on Monday morning.
Iran's News Agency, IRNA, cited a report from the seismological base of the Geophysics Institute of Tehran University as saying that the quake epicentre was at 27.55 degrees north and 61.2 degrees east at a depth of 35 kilometres underground.
