Wadi Degla Developments is planning to deliver a total of four projects in Ain Sokhna, and the North Coast by the end of 2021, a company official said.
 
Chief Marketing Officer Sherif Habib told Zawya Projects that the four projects include Murano, Blumar Sokhna, Blumar Hills, all in Ain Sokhna and Blumar Sidi Abdul Rahman in the North Coast.
 
The Murano development, estimated at 1.5 billion ($95 million) Egyptian pounds in 2018,  comprises 2,000 residential units and a 110-key 4-star hotel.
 
"The first phase of Murano has been delivered. Construction of the second phase is ongoing and the third and final phase would be launched in 2021," he said.
 
Blumar Sokhna, estimated at 1.5 billion pounds in 2018, includes 2,030 residential units and villas.
 
"We have successfully delivered the 600-unit first phase of Blumar Sokhna. The delivery of the 666-unit second phase has started, and third and fourth phases are under construction," said Habib.
 
He said the Ain Sokhna project of Blumar Hills, comprising of 190 residential units and a commercial area,  and the 165-unit Phase 4 of Blumar Sidi Abdul Rahman in the North Coast, which includes 914 residential units and a 300-room hotel, would be completed and delivered within 2021.
 
The company’s land bank has reached 6 million square metres distributed across New Cairo, Maadi, Sixth of October, the North Coast, Ain Sokhna and Mostakbal City, he disclosed.
