Abu Dhabi: Emocean Marine, a brand new boat-building company launched at the Abu Dhabi Yacht Show 2009, is already 'making waves' in the region's marine leisure market, as it announced at a press conference today the signing of a strategic alliance with the prestigious Italian marine company Gruppo InRizzardi.
The alliance positions Emocean as the exclusive distributer, through its network of dealers, of InRizzardi boats and yachts throughout the MENA region. InRizzardi, in turn, will distribute Emocean vessles worldwide, through its own dealer network.
Speaking at the press conference announcing this historic alliance, Ali Al Naqbi, Chairman of Emocean, said, "We are delighted to be teaming up with a renowned group like InRizzardi to offer the widest possible range of products and services throughout the region. As an emerging player in the marine industry, Emocean hopes to gain a unique position of confidence within the marine community as an innovator of well thought-out products and convenient services, and this new alliance with InRizzard, which is already an established an renowned industry player, will enable us to provide an even greater range of world-quality boats and yachts for the discerning Middle Eastern boaters."
The alliance between Emocean and InRizzardi will enable the companies to cover all aspects of the marine leisure and boating industry, with boats ranging in size from 0ft to 130 ft. All vessels will come with the facilities and services provided by Emocean for its own Voodoo27 and Voodoo37, such as the Emocean Butler - a unique boat care and preparation service, including laundry and catering, that keeps the boats ready for use whenever the owner wishes - and an extensive after-sales support plan that includes the region's best warranty.
Corrado Rizzardi, CEO of Gruppo InRizzardi, and the son of the group's president, said of the alliance: "We are very pleased to be involved in this alliance with Emocean, as the significant

The alliance was announced on the final day of the Abu Dhabi Yachting Show, organized by global yachting events business leader, Informa Yacht Group, and held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre from 12 to 14 March 2009.
