Dubai, UAE: haus & haus Real Estate – a leading Dubai property group and star of the BBC Three Dubai Hustle factual entertainment show – has opened the doors to a new state-of-the-art office as part of its ambitious expansion plan.
The new 8,600 square foot space located in Gold & Diamond Park will hold around 100 employees and includes a podcast suite to host Dubai Real Estate Unplugged, soundproof meeting booths, and designer interiors.
2023 will mark 10 years since haus & haus opened its doors in another, smaller office in Gold & Diamond Park, which was under 1,000 square feet and only had three workers – Managing Directors Simon Baker, Luke Remington, and James Perry. A decade later, the influential industry player now occupies approximately 22,000 square feet of office space and boasts 240 employees across 10 departments.

As part of its growth plans, the company is launching intense international recruitment campaigns and building on its award-winning in-house training. The company aims to hire 150 new team members in 2023 alone.
