The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) ended the week on a positive note, with the benchmark index rising 98.31 points, or 0.9 percent, to close at 11,067.64 points.

The weekly gain was supported by strong performances in heavyweight banking stocks and continued foreign institutional buying, enabling the index to break above the psychologically important 11,000-point level.
