Gross portfolio outflows totaled $1.62 billion, up from $1.42 billion in May.     - Britain, the United States, Singapore, Malaysia and Luxembourg were the top portfolio investor countries in June, accounting for 81.4 percent of total inflows.     - The United States received 81 percent of total outflows in the month.     - The bulk, or three-quarters, of the investments went into the Philippine stock market and the rest to government bonds and peso time deposits.     - The Philippines' main stock index
