RIYADH - The General Directorate of Passports announced that all Saudi men and women who reached the age of 15 or above must have done fingerprinting procedures for the issuance or renewal of passports effective from April 30 (Rajab 1).  Maj. Gen. Suleiman Al-Yahya, director general of passports, said that all passport offices in the Kingdom will issue or renew passports to citizens who have registered their biometric data at the ministry's centralized online system, the Saudi Press Agency reported. "The new step will help the directorate to complete the procedures for providing electronic services while issuing and renewing passports of citizens," he said.
