Teleperformance Egypt attended the 3rd Annual CEM in Telecoms Middle East Summit 2014 that was held in Dubai on the 31st of March and the 1st of April. The event was attended by the Middle East existing Telecom operators first-class speaker panel of CEOs, VPs and Directors selected from operators leading the way in customer experience.

The aim of Teleperformance Egypt existence in the summit is powered by the upcoming launch of our Dubai branch for promoting & developing our multichannel customer experience in Dubai Internet City during 2014 second quarter targeting clients in the Middle East region. Through the setup of our virtual center, Teleperformance will create an awareness about the company's service offering as a credible solution provider in the ME market, associate Teleperformance brand to quality solutions in the CEM space in the ME and gain face time with senior decision makers in the Middle East to showcase the company's value proposition.
