IRISCapture for Microsoft Dynamics NAV is based on IRISCapture Pro for Invoices 8.0, the very latest version of the I.R.I.S. invoice processing software. Microsoft Dynamics NAV, on the other hand, is a fully customisable business management solution designed for small and midsize companies.

The business process can be handled globally within Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The two products have been fully integrated to create a complete, easy-to-install system that requires little or no configuration. The recognition and processing will be automatically performed, the results are available immediately in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, the validation workflow of both products have been completely integrated.

IRISCapture Pro for Microsoft Dynamics NAV supports the scanning of single or multi-pages invoices, for instance from KODAK Capture Software, as well as the import of electronic invoices even in signed PDF format. A watched folder can also be defined for automated processing.
Archive your invoices
The images of your invoices will be automatically saved into an electronic archive under a unique reference number.
Encode your data
The intelligent recognition engine will identify the supplier and encode automatically all the data you need (Amounts, invoice number, VAT number, etc.).
Validate
Within Microsoft Dynamics NAV, the approval screen enables the accountant to check and correct data if necessary. Additional data can be directly inputted using drag-and-drop OCR.
View
The image of your invoices can always be viewed directly within MS Dynamics NAV simply by launching the viewer of IRISCapture Pro.
Pricing and availability
IRISCapture for Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be available immediately from the I.R.I.S. Value Added resellers network. The price of IRISCapture for Microsoft Dynamics NAV depends on the annual volume of invoices to be processed. IRISCapture for Microsoft Dynamics NAV is only 10% more expensive than IRISCapture for Invoices, the price of the connector between the invoice reader and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
