Launches new stores at Oasis Centre (Dubai) & Al Bawadi Mall (Al Ain)
Re-iterating its commitment towards reaching out to maximum customers, high street fashion brand Splash further strengthened its network with the launch of two new stores at Oasis Centre and Al Bawadi Mall. Located in Dubai and Al Ain the stores have been designed efficiently for a more customer-friendly environment. Also on the verge of launch is a new store in Safeer Mall at Sharjah.
The Splash store in Oasis Centre opened on the 29th of March and spans over 27,000 sq. ft., while the Al Bawadi store which opened its doors to customers on 26th March, is spread across 17,000 sq. ft. Both stores are part of the Centrepoint format. The Splash store at Safeer Mall store will be a stand-alone outlet and will be more than 10,000 sq. ft. in size. The fashion brand now has 20 stores across the UAE with four stores in Abu Dhabi, seven stores in Dubai, three stores in Sharjah, one in Ajman and 5 stores across other Emirates.
The Oasis Centre store offers a unique retail format, including a very funky section inspired by street markets from Tokyo. It sells a very niche line of lifestyle accessories such as CD holders, bags, pocket mirrors & dolls. It also sells cool merchandise such as quirky T-shirts and denims, which are retailed exclusively from this store.
Speaking at the launch of the Oasis Centre Mr. Raza Beig, CEO, Splash said; "Splash at Oasis Centre is an example of the vision that we have for the future. The Tokyo street which runs across this store is testimony to the innovation that our team of designers & buyers breathe into our business. It caters to an evolving breed of young customers who constantly look for novelty. In a bid to keep in touch with the burgeoning art movement which prevails in the region Splash has also dedicated 500 sq. feet of commercial retail space for budding talent absolutely free at the Oasis Centre store. This opens doors for anyone with a creative flair and entrepreneurial skills to showcase their talent in the store. Through this initiative Splash wants to identify & promote young artists and designers.
The multi-brand format of Splash caters to several lifestyle needs, retailing brands like Lee Cooper, Kappa, Nexus, Kinyobi & Retro amongst others. The stores are stocked with the beautiful Spring 2009 line which Splash recently launched.
