    TUNIS (TAP) - The European Union (EU) delegation in Tunisand the MicroCred organisation signed on Thursday in Tunis, a contract of subsidy worth 1.8 million euros for the creation, very shortly, of a micro-financeinstitution called "MicroCredTunisia"..
