Ghana's consumer inflation quickened to 25.8% year on year in March from 23.2% in February, the statistics service said on Wednesday.

The cocoa-, gold- and oil-producing West African country is battling to emerge from an economic crisis.

It is restructuring its debts, supported by a $3 billion loan programme from the International Monetary Fund.
