Riyadh, KSA: In a milestone achievement showcasing the success of its strategy in enhancing its digital services and infrastructure to boost efficiency and ensure a fully integrated, uninterrupted service, Najm for Insurance Services has obtained the ISO 20000-1 certification, which specifies the standard requirements of the information technology (IT) service management system (SMS), from QCB Italia, a world-renowned independent certification body specialized in setting evaluation standards for corporate management systems. This certification is a testimony to Najm's commitment to developing, maintaining, and continuously enhancing its IT service management system, ensuring top-quality services and customer satisfaction.
