Dubai - United Arab Emirates: The Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC) at the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) has recently received two high-ranking delegations; one from the Transport Department in Malaysia headed by its CEO Azher Ahmed, and the other from Iran. Both delegations sought to exchange knowledge & expertise and review the planning of fleet management services with DTC.
The gathering was attended by the Acting CEO of DTC Yousef Al Ali, DTC Advisor Abdul Aziz Malik, and senior DTC executives as well as representatives of Transport Departments in Malaysia & Iran.
"These gatherings aim at discussing the prospects of boosting bilateral relations, and exchanging knowledge in various fields including reviewing DTC's achievements and processes as well as services & facilities offered to the public. The two delegations then visited some DTC facilities such as the Workshop, Drivers Service Office, Control & Monitoring Room, Drivers Training & Qualification Center, and Booking & Despatch Center at RTA Public Transport Agency to review the technologies and systems in place," said Al Ali.
"The DTC is exchanging expertise & knowledge with various delegations and entities in various fields to meet its requirements at high quality level and world-class standards with the aim of attaining leadership in passenger transit services," he continued.
The two delegations praised DTC's efforts in serving people & customers along with the facilities in place, and expressed deep gratitude of the efforts & cooperation extended by the DTC to them in the context of their joint cooperation.
