Cairo –  The Egyptian cabinet approved a request for the establishment of a specialised investment zone over 64 feddans in Uptown Cairo in Zahraa El-Mokattam.

Emaar Misr for Development obtained approval to build the investment zone over a land divided into two plots with areas of 58 feddans and six feddans, according to a cabinet statement on Wednesday.

The investment zone is expected to feature commercial, residential, administrative, entertainment, hospitality, and services activities.
